If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us at support@rstlkds.com within 14 days of delivery.

Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.
We will review your request and confirm by email.

!! Do not send anything back without written confirmation. Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

All RestlessKids products are made to order (print-on-demand). This means each item is produced individually for you after purchase.

According to Article 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the legal right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made goods. This applies to all items sold on www.rstlkds.com.

Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, there is a printing error, or the wrong product was delivered.

Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing, change of mind, order mistakes, or general dissatisfaction. Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

We follow the return and refund conditions of our production partner Printful. If your return is approved, we will either replace the item or issue a refund.
