Welcome to RestlessKids.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Limited drops, timeless core pieces – always made for the restless.

2. Products: Core & Limited Drops
We offer both permanent core pieces and exclusive limited drops. Limited designs are produced in a maximum of 100 pieces – no restock once sold out.

All items are made on demand and fulfilled by our partner Printful. This allows us to reduce waste and only produce what is truly wanted.

3. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within the European Union only. Orders are printed and shipped by Printful from fulfillment centers in Spain or Latvia, depending on availability and destination.

Production time: 2–7 business days

Shipping time: 3–10 business days depending on country

You will receive a tracking link once your order is on the way.

Orders may be split into multiple shipments.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT where applicable and are shown in EUR (€). Payments are processed securely via Stripe, PayPal or other available methods at checkout.

5. Returns & Refunds
Because all products are made to order, we only accept returns if:

• The item is defective

• The print is incorrect

• You received the wrong product

To request a return, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via email at support@rstlkds.com. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the issue.

We do not offer returns or refunds for:

• Wrong size orders

• Change of mind

Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.

6. Product Display & Availability
We aim to show all colors and product details as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations due to screen settings. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

7. Legal Responsibility
We are not liable for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external events. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Intellectual Property
All content and designs on www.rstlkds.com are the intellectual property of RestlessKids and may not be used or reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law
These terms and any transactions on this website are governed by the laws of Spain. Jurisdiction: Ibiza, Spain
